To keep the peace, order, and efficiency of our home, we implement a number of sober living house rules for individuals. Review our rules, regulations, and expectations to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. Keep in mind that Services at Flip Side are best suited for those who are ready to live independently, but can still use added support and checks and balances.
Our Sober Living House Rules

Use of alcohol or substances or possession of paraphernalia while staying at Flipside is strictly prohibited.
Must be ready to live independently
All individuals will adhere to the urine screening policy. Missing a UA will result in discharge.
Violence or threats of violence will not be tolerated.
Smoking in the house will result in termination and permanent bar from the house.
Individuals of the house will keep rooms clean and tidy at all times with beds made daily. No food or drinks whatsoever in rooms.
All individuals will attend AA/NA or other related groups weekly as agreed upon in your individual service plan.
All individuals are expected to work or volunteer while staying at the house.
Warrants or outstanding arrests must be cleared prior to entry. We will be checking. If you need assistance clearing a warrant, we will be happy to assist. We do not harbor fugitives.
If a crime is committed during your stay, you will be discharged and barred permanently.
Absolutely no possession of weapons.
Sexual activity on the grounds is strictly prohibited.
Panhandling or public solicitation is not allowed while staying at Flipside.
Your room and person are subject to search at any time without notice. Individual must be present to do so. Refusal will result in discharge.
Curfew is midnight unless otherwise approved. Individuals may take passes after approval.
You are expected to be a good neighbor, set a positive example for the neighborhood, as well as strive to be a pillar of your own community.
All individuals will complete assigned chores.
Sex offenders and arsonists will not be accepted to Flip side. Again, we will be checking.
Individuals will pay their service fee on time weekly or will be discharged immediately.
Flip Side does not hold belongings for any amount of time after discharge. All items left behind will be discarded.
Flip Side strictly prohibits use of marijuana.
Mandatory house meeting twice monthly.
